We believe that dancers should be paid fairly for the commitment they have made to their careers.
This is a two part program. One part is to educate dancers on their rights and responsibilities in the workforce. The other part is to help companies improve their business so they are able to pay their dancers as they should.
As long as there are dancers that are willing to work for free because they "love" thier craft, all dancers will suffer.
It is OK to get paid!
